The role
Join a multidisciplinary Data team focused on testing and enabling generative AI features to enhance gameplay.
Define data needs across design, implementation, and playtest phases, and ensure data quality through robust pipelines and processes.
Develop monitoring and analyses of player and technical behavior to drive ongoing improvements to experiences.
Drive data productization for the technology product by standardizing datasets, supporting AI strategy data needs, and building cross-game dashboards.
Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical partners to influence decision-making.
Strong SQL skills are required, with experience in visualization (Power BI or Tableau), statistics, and familiarity with Python/PySpark and data engineering being a plus.
