The role
A bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to specifications. They must deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times, taking orders, processing payments, and handling cash responsibly. Maintaining cleanliness of the bar, glassware, and workstations is essential, along with restocking supplies such as ice and garnishes. They are expected to follow licensing laws and responsible drinking guidelines while monitoring customer intake. The role requires knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, basic cocktails, and strong communication skills. Candidates should have at least two years of bartending experience, with familiarity in cocktail making, and be able to work under pressure.
