The role
Install, wire, and terminate BMS control panels, field devices, and associated equipment.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, control schematics, riser diagrams, and shop drawings.
Understand and implement proper signal flow (analog, digital, network communications).
Install and wire sensors, actuators, relays, VFDs, thermostats, dampers, valves, and controllers.
Perform point-to-point checkout and verify correct wiring and device operation; assist with system startup and commissioning.
Troubleshoot wiring, communication, and device issues in the field; coordinate with project managers, programmers, and commissioning teams.
