The role
Lead and coach a high-performing software engineering team through early-stage platform development to deliver shared capabilities.
Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to align direction, roadmap, and adoption of platform offerings.
Foster psychological safety and balance iterative improvement with stability, reliability, and scalable performance.
Provide clear feedback and support for engineer growth, while guiding cross-functional collaboration across research, product, and engineering.
Drive sharing of capabilities and evolution of the platform as product complexity grows and users mature.
Represent the platform roadmap to leadership and partner teams, mentoring engineers and promoting responsible, scalable AI enablement.
