The role
Design and build systems and frameworks for AI-empowered cybersecurity, including autonomous vulnerability discovery, malware detection, and network hardening.
Design and run experiments to elicit and evaluate autonomous AI cyber capabilities in realistic scenarios.
Develop infrastructure for evaluating and enabling AI systems to operate securely in security environments.
Translate technical findings into compelling demonstrations and artifacts for policymakers and the public.
Collaborate with external cybersecurity, national security, and AI safety experts to scope and validate research directions.
Senior candidates will set research strategy, define problems, own the technical roadmap, and manage cross-functional partnerships.
