The role
Drafts and negotiates complex commercial agreements (MSAs and SOWs) and provides practical legal guidance to business teams.
Serves as a trusted partner to executives, translating legal risk into actionable business decisions.
Brings broad knowledge of privacy, cybersecurity, governance, and other regulatory frameworks to ensure compliant operations.
Oversees outside counsel on specific matters, managing scope and budget while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Supports marketing collateral review, M&A due diligence, and regulatory investigations as needed.
Maintains high ethical standards, strong organization, prioritization, and the ability to learn quickly across diverse legal topics.
