The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI/ML systems and scalable data pipelines.
Architect and operationalize AI capabilities, including LLM-based solutions, NLP, forecasting, and classification, with robust monitoring and governance.
Implement RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering to drive automation and intelligence across client workflows.
Build and maintain end-to-end data platforms, ensure data quality, lineage, and observability across critical datasets; align with governance standards.
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a cross-functional team of AI engineers, ML engineers, and data engineers; drive delivery through agile planning and backlog management.
Partner with product and enterprise teams to translate business needs into technical designs and measurable outcomes while ensuring compliance and reliability.
