The role
Le pharmacien titulaire supervise le fonctionnement quotidien de la pharmacie, en assurant conseils personnalisés et soins de qualité. Il motive et coache l'équipe pour maintenir une ambiance conviviale et professionnelle, tout en identifiant des opportunités de croissance commerciale. Il veille à l'équilibre entre qualité, durabilité et rentabilité pour un service optimal aux patients. Il accompagne notamment dans la gestion de trajets comme l'arrêt du tabac, la vaccination ou le suivi diabétique. La tâche exige des compétences en communication, leadership et organisation. La pharmacie se situe à Wavre, dans un environnement chaleureux orienté vers la satisfaction client.
