The role
As a GHS Research Scientist, you design and conduct large-scale personnel selection research that shapes global talent assessment practices. You’ll partner with stakeholders to create innovative, legally defensible assessment solutions and experiment with measurement methods to precisely define job success and predictive capability. You will apply advanced statistical techniques to massive, diverse datasets to uncover insights that optimize candidate evaluation and drive hiring excellence, while exploring emerging technologies to enhance talent measurement with scientific integrity. You’ll translate complex research findings into clear, actionable strategies for senior leaders and cross-functional teams, influencing the talent acquisition roadmap. You’ll write impactful documents that distill intricate scientific concepts into persuasive communications for diverse audiences and ensure effective collaboration across multiple teams with competing priorities.
