The role
The role reports to the Head of Operations, Service, Claims & Transformation Finance and is integral to Group Benefits Finance, focusing on financial analytics, performance insights, and strategic support. The analyst collaborates with various departments to deliver actionable insights, improve cost transparency, and influence financial outcomes. Responsibilities include analysing business performance, developing business cases, and creating executive-ready reports to highlight trends and risks. It also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to align insights with operational priorities and support initiatives through targeted financial guidance. Candidates should possess strong analytical, communication, and technical skills, with experience in financial analysis, and ideally some background in insurance or financial services, including proficiency with data visualisation tools.
