The role
Serve as a strategic legal partner supporting a wide range of real estate transactions and corporate initiatives.
Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial real estate agreements, including leases, brokerage agreements, and confidentiality documents.
Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects, ensuring smooth execution of related agreements and joint ventures.
Collaborate with asset management and operations on tenant relations, easements, property agreements, and dispute resolution.
Partner with leadership on governance, investment structuring, and capital formation strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams, outside counsel, and third-party partners to manage legal risks and advance business objectives.
