The role
Lead science solution design and experimentation to advance NLP/CV with generative AI for sensitive content detection and mitigation across languages and regions.
Develop novel algorithms, evaluate models, and optimize user experience while adhering to Responsible AI principles.
Collaborate with engineers, PMs, data annotators, and other scientists to shape data quality, policy, and model development.
Mentor and review work of fellow scientists, contribute to roadmaps, and hire/scale teams to deliver rapidly.
Provide cross-team leadership to deliver platform features that minimize negative content interactions and build user trust.
Operate in a fast-paced, large-scale setting, bridging research and production to build multilingual, high-performance solutions.
