The role
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and scientists to identify GenAI opportunities across the B2B selling journey.
Design and implement state-of-the-art AI models powering the business-to-business selling experience, including supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning.
Lead GenAI product initiatives that scale to enterprise-use cases and optimize business customer selling workflows.
Advance research and implementation of advanced algorithms for human feedback and complex reasoning.
Design experiments, evaluate models, and iterate quickly to improve performance and business impact.
Communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences and mentor junior engineers and scientists.
