The role
A qualified electrician is sought to carry out electrical works across residential properties in Norwich. Duties include domestic rewires, consumer unit replacements, electrical upgrades, lighting rewires, testing, and reactive maintenance. The role involves working independently, managing workload, and adhering to safety standards and electrical regulations. Candidates should possess NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, 18th Edition wiring regulations, and City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification. Experience in domestic electrical installation and a full UK driving licence are required, with social housing experience being advantageous.
