The role
A nightlife photography role requires an experienced photographer to service regular sessions at a prestigious Newcastle upon Tyne nightlife venue. The role involves generating high shot counts, editing images swiftly, and uploading them by 15:00 hrs the next day while working on a freelance basis. Candidates should have prior nightlife or club photography experience, a high-end digital SLR with external flash, and interchangeable lenses including a portrait/zoom and a wide-angle lens. Off-site editing and upload tasks necessitate access to a computer and broadband, with proficiency in Photoshop or Lightroom. Familiarity with vehicle use and public liability insurance are advantageous, alongside confident, outgoing, reliable demeanour and high standards of professionalism.
