Environmental Engineer Manager: Oversees permits, reviews, and evaluates technical accuracy and regulatory compliance for environmental protection across the Commonwealth, supervises staff, and prepares program plans and reviews. Requires Professional Engineer license, 2+ years of experience in environmental protection or equivalent, and valid PA driver's license.
