The role
Lead engineering initiatives at the Iowa City plant, delivering technical support to manufacturing operations and R&D projects.
Own site engineering issues, drive process improvements, and innovate packaging and materials for current and future product lines.
Execute projects from new product introductions to packaging changes and process conversions to enable future growth.
Expected responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, and mentoring for continuous improvement.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and 0-3 years of experience; travel 10-25% and willingness to relocate.
This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong emphasis on mentorship, agility, and long-term career development.
