The role
Prepare items for processing in a manufacturing environment using basic equipment and tools.
Conduct receipt inspections and prep parts, ensuring assigned equipment is in good working condition.
Execute production tasks such as racking screws, separating and gluing foam material, dumping racked items into bins, assembling and packing hardware, and selecting products from stock for packaging.
Meet daily productivity and quality standards by performing spot checks and logging any items outside tolerance.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace, follow policies, wear required PPE, and report hazards or unsafe conditions.
Requires a High School diploma and ability to follow instructions in English or Spanish; 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM).
