The role
Lead the data science efforts in quant modeling to translate data into actionable product and business insights.
Design and monitor core product metrics, investigate root causes of metric movements, and apply causal analyses for growth opportunities.
Develop and improve statistical and ML models, including LTV and ROI predictions, to guide user growth strategies.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering to drive product development through analytics and algorithmic expertise.
Plan, run, and analyze A/B experiments to validate strategies and inform decision-making.
Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and mentor teammates.
