The role
Act as the day-to-day technical lead for applied ML projects focused on spatial intelligence from construction drawings, BIM data, and related project information.
Design, implement, and iterate reliable ML systems for detecting clashes, inconsistencies, and constructability risks in 2D and 3D data.
Lead hands-on development of model training, evaluation, and inference pipelines, collaborating with software engineers, ML engineers, and domain experts.
Drive proof-of-concept work to reduce ambiguity and rapidly validate technical approaches, while ensuring long-term health and maintainability of ML codebases.
Uphold engineering quality through code reviews, mentorship, and architectural guidance; ensure integration into broader platform workflows.
Identify technical risks and gaps early, working with partner teams to address them and optimize reliability, scalability, and cost in production.
