The role
Lead model-driven risk initiatives in payments and risk domains as an IC.
Build and deploy ML models to identify, assess and mitigate risks, and maintain performance over time.
Drive research, define model requirements with stakeholders, and deploy with engineering teams while ensuring reliability and security.
Develop scalable frameworks and libraries, including integrating LLMs to enhance data processing, analysis, and insights.
Collaborate across Engineering, Design, and Product to solve cross-functional problems and translate data into actionable product improvements.
Present findings to non-technical stakeholders, identify opportunities to leverage data, and tailor risk solutions to business needs.
