The role
Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train state-of-the-art AI systems. Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations. Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and clarity. Provide targeted feedback that shapes the next generation of AI models. Collaborate with a global engineering community, manage your own schedule, and work fully remote. Qualifications include English fluency and proficiency in at least one major programming language or framework (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C/C++, Go, Swift), and a bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
