The role
A 2nd Fix Carpenter is responsible for the installation of internal finishing elements in a modular manufacturing environment, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and precision. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, fitting doors, skirting, architraves, kitchen units, and window trims, and conducting quality inspections and snagging. Candidates should have proven experience in finishing carpentry, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of health and safety practices. They must be proficient with hand and power tools and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a busy factory setting.
