The role
A Human Resources Manager is sought to lead HR activities at a manufacturing site in Magheralin, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and workforce planning. The role involves working closely with operational leaders to develop and implement people strategies, and providing guidance on employee compliance and performance. The successful candidate will have experience in generalist HR roles, knowledge of UK employment law, and experience within a unionised environment or industrial setting. Duties include supporting management with employee development, overseeing HR systems, and participating in organisation development initiatives. A relevant degree, three years of experience, and HR knowledge are required, with preferred qualifications including CIPD membership and experience with ethical audits.
