The role
Lead the strategic planning and execution of Cash Vault Services logistics, aligning with objectives while driving improvements in service level, productivity, and profitability.
Design standardized processes for handling each deposit product type, implementing best practices across branches to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Evaluate post-implementation results to identify deviations, determine root causes, and apply corrective actions.
Develop capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational density strategies to optimize labor, equipment, and infrastructure for growth.
Oversee asset and technology management of counting machines and supporting systems, ensuring reliability and performance in line with operational needs; collaborate with cross-functional teams for training and data-driven decisions.
Lead continuous improvement projects focused on quality, material flow, and productivity to achieve sustainable results.
