Physiotherapist – Toronto

The physiotherapist in this role conducts professional assessments and designs treatment programmes for outpatient patients. They manage a caseload covering areas such as neurological, transplant, amputee, burns, trauma, complex care, oncology, and musculoskeletal conditions. The position involves evaluating patient needs, implementing coordinated treatment plans, maintaining detailed medical records, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The role requires educating patients and families, supervising students and volunteers, and participating in team activities while ensuring safety standards are met. Candidates must hold a recognised physiotherapy degree, be registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in outpatient settings and working with diverse populations is preferred, alongside a commitment to Person Centred Care principles.
