The role
Represent clients in complex civil litigation, bankruptcy, and creditor rights matters.
Handle various stages of commercial real estate transactions and finance law.
Draft sophisticated legal documents including trial briefs, appellate briefs, and coverage opinions.
Collaborate with a veteran team of partners on high-impact regional matters.
Qualifications: active Arizona Bar (or eligible for admission) with experience in civil litigation, bankruptcy, or real estate.
Must be a self-starter comfortable in remote or hybrid work, with strong research and writing skills.
