The role
Lead advisory, implementation, and managed services to align workforce and talent strategies with evolving regulatory requirements.
Translate regulatory changes into practical, scalable HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.
Conduct in-depth regulatory research, risk assessments, and reviews of client HR documentation for compliance and strategic fit.
Draft, refine, and standardize HR policies and guidance that balance regulatory demands with business needs.
Deliver client-ready insights and recommendations to HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to drive informed decisions.
Mentor junior practitioners, manage engagement work plans, and contribute to thought leadership on workforce compliance.
