The role
Desktop Support Specialist: Configure, troubleshoot, and repair PC hardware, software, and peripherals. Provide daily support, manage inventory, and resolve LAN communications issues. Excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills required. Experience with Windows, networking, and ticketing systems a plus.
