Design, build, and operate scalable ML systems used for real-time targeting and personalization.
Own ML projects end-to-end—from data exploration and modeling to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Safeguard model and system quality through rigorous testing, monitoring, validation, and alerting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.
Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and engineering efficiency while shaping technical direction.
Mentor peers through code reviews and design discussions in a fast-paced, late-stage startup environment.
