The role
Based in Azerables, this on-site Lead Project Manager leads enterprise-wide programs composed of multiple related projects toward a shared objective.
Mentors junior Project Managers, monitoring cost, schedule, and technical performance across components to ensure program success.
Champions PMO compliance and delivery excellence, setting standards for project execution.
Determines and coordinates resource sharing across constituent projects to maximize overall program value.
Manages internal and external stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional collaboration to shape the client and member experience.
Translates detailed information into clear, concise executive summaries for senior leaders.
