The role
The role involves overseeing monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities for a growing organisation. Responsibilities include managing month-end processes, reviewing balance sheets, and supporting audits while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The position requires strong management accounting skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with finance systems, including NetSuite and HSBC facilities. The candidate will collaborate across teams to improve processes, monitor financial KPIs, and support strategic financial planning.
