The role
Lead HR transformation across a major organisational change programme within the Public Sector.
Operate within the People function and partner with a dedicated Transformation team.
Design and deliver HR processes, organisation design, and change readiness to enable successful delivery.
Manage stakeholders, risks, and governance to ensure projects stay on time and within scope.
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract with start ASAP, based in Manchester (North West).
Salary: £52,000 - £58,000 pro rata.
