The role
Lead and deliver complex data science initiatives aligned with regulatory dispute management, including Billing and Scam, to drive efficiency and better customer outcomes.
Develop advanced models and algorithms to analyze large dispute datasets, uncover actionable insights, and support data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements across disputes policy.
Ensure data governance and regulatory compliance, maintain trusted data assets, and implement best practices for data management and visualization.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the data science team, building capabilities and accelerating delivery.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytics into policy strategy and measurable business impact.
