The role
Own and execute a regional business development strategy to optimize lead generation and prospect engagement using modern revenue technologies.
Lead and mentor a team of eight BDRs, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and digital fluency.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to target outbound prospecting activities based on prioritized verticals and the ICP.
Set and monitor KPIs for lead intake and prospect generation, and continuously improve activities through coaching and process optimization.
Design regional lead-generation campaigns leveraging marketing automation platforms and AI-driven analytics to improve pipeline quality and velocity.
Support growth by integrating predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and go-to-market planning, while ensuring effective use of Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo across the organization.
