The role
Line 1: Lead end-to-end ML products for pricing and global fleet optimization, shaping technical and product strategy.
Line 2: Manage a 10–15 person team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers; mentor and grow future Engineering Managers.
Line 3: Own architecture; design serverless and microservice pipelines handling millions of pricing requests daily, backed by ML and linear programming models.
Line 4: Translate business goals into measurable ML milestones; run A/B tests; unlock incremental margin across business units.
Line 5: Drive engineering excellence with code quality, CI/CD, observability, and robust incident response.
Line 6: Communicate complex technical trade-offs to executive stakeholders and secure alignment for strategic initiatives.
