The role
A musculoskeletal physiotherapist works with patients experiencing MSK conditions, managing a varied outpatient caseload through assessments and evidence-based treatments. They apply clinical reasoning, deliver rehabilitation programmes, and support patients towards positive outcomes. Their responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical records and liaising with stakeholders for treatment updates and return-to-work recommendations. The role requires organisation, effective communication, and the ability to work both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team. Full UK registration with HCPC and CSP, a driving licence, and UK work rights are essential. Experience in MSK outpatient or private practice is preferred, with training on occupational health aspects provided.
