The role
Hands-on IT Support Analyst responsible for building and configuring laptops and devices for new starters and replacements.
Coordinate collection, secure wiping, and redeployment of leaver equipment; set up and ship company mobile phones.
Maintain accurate asset records and stock levels; manage packaging and delivery of IT hardware and peripherals.
Process and prioritise IT ServiceNow requests; work with IT and HR to support onboarding and offboarding.
Desirable: experience in desktop support, device builds, IT logistics, and familiarity with Windows/macOS and MDM or asset management.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, prioritisation, and the ability to thrive in a busy hybrid environment.
