As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will partner with senior leaders to design and deliver a people strategy aligned with organisational goals and future capabilities. Lead organisational design initiatives to optimise structures, roles, and processes for agility, efficiency, and growth. Act as a strategic advisor on leadership development, culture, and inclusion, challenging leaders with credibility and coaching. Own strategic workforce planning and operating model design, translating business strategy into a future-ready headcount and skills plan. Leverage people analytics and external trends to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives, while ensuring governance and compliance. Drive change, talent management, engagement, and DEIB across the employee lifecycle, coaching leaders to adopt agile ways of working.
