The role
As a Staff ML Engineer, you will own the next-generation content recommendation and advertising personalization systems for a leading OTT platform.
Analyze subscriber behavior data, engineer features, and develop or optimize models to power personalized experiences.
Design data collection pipelines, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and implement production-ready ML features.
Translate models into production, integrate inference into the live system, and guide experiments including A/B tests.
Work with scalable, distributed systems on cloud infrastructure (AWS) and leverage GPUs for training.
Bring a product-minded, self-driven approach and strong English communication to partner with cross-functional teams.
