The role
Deliver specialized physical therapy services to patients of all ages in home health settings.
Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and daily functioning.
Ensure timely, accurate documentation and adherence to medical necessity standards and billing processes.
Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and other health professionals to optimize therapy outcomes.
Maintain ongoing professional development and stay current with evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements.
Manage caseload efficiently, demonstrate integrity, and participate in supervision and education as required.
