Healthcare Assistant role based in Liversedge, United Kingdom.
Supports client visits and assists care providers by anticipating and addressing patient needs.
Coordinates visit details to allow clinicians to focus on delivering care.
Requires A-Levels or equivalent and two years of customer service experience; Medical Terminology may be required within six months.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and effective communication with patients and teams are essential.
Demonstrates empathy, adaptability, and a patient-centered approach in a dynamic care environment.
