The role
Lead and empower a multidisciplinary team of 5–10 engineers and data scientists in applied machine learning.
Deliver production-grade ML solutions leveraging computer vision, deep learning, and scalable architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ship customer-focused features in small increments.
Set high standards for architecture, code quality, and system health while optimizing for cost and reliability.

Location: London-based preferred, with partial remote options for the UK, Italy, and Spain.
