The role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join the Community Support Engineering AI Products team in China.
You will build efficient, scalable backend components and contribute to the full development lifecycle, including technical design, development, test automation, experimentation, and launch.
Work cross-functionally with product, design, and fellow engineers to translate strategy into novel features and improved user experiences.
You will review code and design docs, provide feedback on specs, and help shape the team roadmap and technical direction.
Requirements include 3+ years of full-stack development, a CS degree, and proficiency in Java/Scala/Python/Ruby on Rails, with experience in high-traffic systems.
Fluent English and Chinese communication is expected, and the role is based in China with remote eligibility.
