The role
Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions, using a proven framework to drive successful closings.
Prepare purchase and listing agreements, conduct property valuations, and execute listing strategies with accuracy.
Maintain CRM, execute timely follow-ups, and communicate clearly to build lasting client relationships.
Leverage exclusive lead sources and a structured onboarding process to reach production quickly—often 2–3 escrows per month in early days.
