The role
As a Real Estate Rental Agent, you will manage leasing for available properties in Azerables. Show prospective tenants, highlight amenities, and coordinate showings and open houses to drive quick occupancy. Market listings via social media and websites while researching local markets to set competitive rental rates. Assess client needs, preferences, and financial viability to match them with the right rental unit and verify applications. Negotiate lease terms in line with policy and legal requirements, and coordinate move-in and move-out inspections. Maintain high occupancy through lead generation, market trend analysis, and dedicated teamwork, with a commission-based earning potential.
