The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models to tackle complex risk and fraud challenges.
Build and optimize scalable ML pipelines, ensure data quality, and monitor model performance in production.
Collaborate with business owners, data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to embed AI/ML solutions into products and services.
Guide and mentor a team, overseeing delivery timelines and career growth.
Drive model versioning, testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring to deliver measurable business impact.
Foster cross-functional adoption and alignment with evolving business needs while ensuring regulatory and operational compliance.
