The role
As a Data Scientist in this role, you will be a founding member of the data team, shaping how data informs product decisions.
Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and design to define success metrics and growth strategies.
Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to guide product and growth outcomes.
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting pipelines, and monitoring tools that translate data into actionable insights.
Research user behavior to drive product innovation and improve user experiences.
Champion a data-informed culture across product and leadership teams and translate ambiguity into structured analyses with clear takeaways.
