The role
Own early-stage conceptual pricing for mega projects, focusing on equipment rental and jobsite services.
Lead bid solicitation, evaluation, and tabulation; coordinate vendor alignment and award recommendations.
Develop conceptual to detailed cost estimates, perform variance analysis, and support value engineering.
Assemble presentation-ready packages communicating project costs, assumptions, and options.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to deliver complete cost evaluations and innovative solutions.
Manage multiple bid packages, apply strong data analysis, and communicate clearly with stakeholders; travel 15-25% as needed.
