The role
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and C-suite, translating business goals into scalable HR strategies and workforce plans.
Own the design, implementation, and integration of core HR systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits) across multiple sites and states, ensuring data integrity and security.
Develop and enforce centralized HR policies, compliance programs, and robust payroll controls for a multi-state, non-union environment.
Lead talent management, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and learning initiatives to support rapid growth.
Oversee change management during system rollouts and market expansions, aligning culture and workforce with business objectives.
Manage a small HR team (2 Generalists and a Payroll Specialist) and use data-driven insights to drive decisions and improve efficiency.
